Why is my class average wrong in the What If Calculator?

The total score your grade is out of is incorrect on GradeWay, causing the predicted grade to be wrong (sometimes greater than 100). This issue will be fixed in the next update, within the next few days. For now, in the What If calculator, you can tap on each of your grades to edit them back to a total score out of 100 as a temporary fix. I apologize for the inconvenience. This will be fixed very soon!

Why is there no option for my school district?

Please contact support at gradeway.official@gmail.com so your district can be added to the list of supported school districts.

Does GradeWay Premium sync across devices?

The GradeWay Premium subscription is only associated with your Apple ID or Play Store account, not with your HAC login. Your purchase will be synchronized on devices using the same Apple ID or Play Store email as the original purchase, or within your family group if Family Sharing is enabled. If you purchased the subscription on an Apple device, it will not synchronize to an Android device, or vice versa.

How do I cancel GradeWay Premium?

You can cancel your subscription through the App Store or Play Store.

How do I reset/change my password?

You can change/reset your HAC login info through your district's official HAC website.

Why is my transcript unavailable?

If you do not have a transcript posted in HAC, GradeWay reports your transcript as unavailable.

Why is my class boxed gray?

This is because HAC could not provide GradeWay with enough information about your class to support certain features.
